·         Share the name and image of the product with us at support@montaluxe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

·         Our team will review and approve your request before moving to the next step.

2. Return

·         Once approved, ship the product back to us within 5 days in its original, unused condition with intact packaging.

·         Please use a reliable courier service and share tracking details with us.

·         Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective/damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund

·         After we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund coupon code equivalent to the product value within 3 working days.

·         This coupon code can be used for future purchases and remains valid for 1 year.

💎 Refund & Coupon Policy

·         Refunds are issued only as coupon codes (no direct bank transfers).

·         Coupon codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other offers.

·         If shipping charges were waived under a promotion, ₹125 will be deducted when processing the refund coupon.

·         For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refunds can be issued either as a coupon code or to the original payment method (with a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges).

📦 Damaged Product Policy

·         If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please inform us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video.

·         For eligible cases, Monta LuxeX will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost (India only).

·         After inspection, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund coupon code valid for 1 year.
