📦 Order Tracking

·         Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number.

·         You can use this link to live-track your shipment and stay updated on its journey to you.

🚚 Order Delivery (India)

·         Metro Cities: Delivery within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

·         Non-Metro Cities: Delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

·         Please note: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or operational delays, delivery timelines may be extended. We recommend tracking your order using the details shared on your registered email ID.

📱 OTP-Based Delivery Requirement

·         A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery.

·         Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery.

·         If the package is returned to our warehouse due to OTP failure or non-collection, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

·         SHIPPING CHARGES 

·         Shipping within India:

·   Monta LuxeX offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
